2. Enrollment & Registration
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable fees.
- Students must provide accurate personal and contact details during registration.
- Artscapes Academy reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment at its discretion.
3. Fees & Payments
- All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected program.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable except in special circumstances approved by the management.
- Missed classes are not eligible for fee deductions unless otherwise communicated.
- Trial session fees (if applicable) must be paid prior to booking confirmation.
4. Attendance & Conduct
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
- Respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students is mandatory.
- Artscapes Academy reserves the right to discontinue a student’s enrollment in case of misconduct.
5. Online Classes
- Students must ensure a stable internet connection and necessary art materials during online sessions.
- Online class recordings (if any) are strictly for registered students and must not be shared publicly.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, designs, artworks, and teaching content are the intellectual property of Artscapes Academy.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written permission is prohibited.
7. Workshops & Events
- Workshop registrations are confirmed upon payment.
- Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be communicated separately for each event.
8. Commissioned Artwork
- Commissioned artworks are created as per agreed specifications.
- Advance payment may be required before work begins.
- Once approved and delivered, commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Artscapes Academy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during classes or events.
10. Changes to Terms
Artscapes Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
